Just recently Nick Williams, CMU assistant athletic director, anounced the hiring of Salem native Patrick Burns as CMU's new head cheerleading coach. Nick-named Pat-Pat, Coach Burns is a highly respected UCA Instuctor of nine years. In addition he coached a national qualifing high school team at Plymouth Salem. This is a very good move for the University and especially for the upincomming cheerleading squad. Expect big things from them in the near future at UCA college nationals.
